I the undersigned, do hereby acknowledge and understand that BATTLERS CONNECTION makes and markets products for the use only in the hobby/sport of radio controlled model warship combat within the safety, construction, and battling boundaries established by NAMBA Int'l and its associated groups And Model Warship Combat Inc. and that any other use of these products is an abuse of these products. I agree not to use these products for any purpose that may be considered as abuse here and/or in any other BATTLERS CONNECTION material. I am purchasing these products for my own use and I will not allow them to come into the possession of any person/s either by resale, loan, or lease who may intend to abuse. I agree that I will not allow these products to come into use by minors without my complete supervision and co-participation. I also understand and agree that BATTLERS CONNECTION reserves the right to refuse sales, service, technical assistance to, or pursue legal action against anyone who we have reason to believe maybe abusing or may intend abuse of its products as defined in BATTLERS CONNECTION material. I certify that I am over the age of eighteen (18) and that there are no local, state or federal laws that will be violated by my purchase and/or use of these products. I also certify that the terms and conditions of this agreement apply to all past, and future purchases that I make of BATTLERS CONNECTION products.
