Treaty Combat Group R/C Combat with its members located in the Ohio Valley and Mid-Atlantic regions. The Treaty Combat Group is a fun loving group with additional rules that limit pump outlets, speed, and rate of fire - hence the name!

French Plans free from the source! Yes, the French navy's historical division has posted online for free most of the warships that served in the modern era prior to 1970. It's in French, but even I found the navigating to be pretty easy.
